Construction - South Wing Project

Growing for the kids. That's the promise of Arkansas Children's Hospital to the children of Arkansas and beyond. A shining example of that promise has come to fruition at Arkansas' only pediatric hospital... our new South Wing.
Given that the structure was built on the south side of the hospital, one can't actually see it from I-630 as the primary hospital faces the north side, obstructing the South Wing from view. Although chances are most commuters and visitors to the hospital saw the huge yellow, multi-story construction crane that towered in the background of the hospital during the primary phases of exterior construction.
Over five years in the making, the ACH South Wing is the largest construction project ($120 million) in the hospital's history.
