ACH Clinics move to the New South Wing
The 258,000 square-foot South Wing will open much-needed space for providing the highest standard of pediatric care possible. The four-story building will be located just south of the main hospital and west of the Roy & Christine Sturgis Building and will sit in the vicinity of Battery and 10th Streets.
The new South Wing adds 54 inpatient beds to the hospital's current total of 316. It will open space for a new Emergency Department, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and Hematology/Oncology clinic. It will feature 56 new exam rooms, 19 new diagnostic rooms, and a rooftop garden.
