Eligibility & Enrollment

When are you eligible to enroll?

You are eligible to enroll in the benefits of your choice during one of three time periods during the benefit year:

• During the ACH Open Enrollment period of May-June each year. These Open Enrollment elections are effective the following July 1st
• As a new hire, within 30 calendar days of your first day of work

• Within 30 days of a qualified status change, or life event that might affect your financial status 

Who is eligible for benefits?

• You, if you are actively employed with Arkansas Children's Hospital in an eligible employee type;  Your spouse to whom you are legally married; and each unmarried dependent child under the age of 25.
