Your Pay

Base Pay - each job has a pay range and an employee's base pay is determined by their education and relevant experience for the position that they are hired. Base pay may increase with market increases and annual merit evaluations.

Merit Increases - an employee is eligible for merit increases based on overall performance.

Special Pay - ACH provides shift differentials for evening, night and weekend shifts. Additionally, hourly employees are eligible for overtime pay at time and one- half after they have worked over 40 hours in a week.
