If you have a concern about your patient's treatment at Arkansas Children's, please contact our Patient and Family Representative at 501-364-1198 or at ext. 41198 from inside the hospital. Please leave a message, and the staff will return your call no later than the next business day. You may also email your concerns to this email address: pfr@archildrens.org. This staff member has been designated to provide a centralized feedback system for effective communication between patient family members and the leadership of Arkansas Children's.

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from our staff, you have the right to contact the Health Facility Services Division of the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services, 5800 West 10th St., Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204, (501-661-2201).
