Physician Services’ Referring Physician Line is available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is staffed by experienced individuals who will guide you through the appointing process and/or direct your call to the appropriate extension. In addition, this team can set up physician-to-physician calls and assist you with a number of troubleshooting issues.

Emergency Department- 24 hours a day
The Arkansas Children’s Hospital Emergency Department is staffed 24 hours a day and is always available to ill or injured children. The number listed is a direct line to the Emergency Department.
To refer a child to any of ACH’s 72 specialty clinics, you may call the clinic directly or the Physician Referral Services number.
General Pediatric Clinic & After Hours Clinic
The General Pediatric Clinic located on the campus of Arkansas Children’s Hospital is open Monday-Friday, 8:45am-10pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am-10pm.
To refer a child for inpatient admission or treatment, and ask to be connected to the admitting resident, call 1-800-777-7700.

This number will connect you directly to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Dispatch Center where you will receive immediate assistance with your transport needs. You will be connected with a physician in the appropriate intensive care service per your needs.
West Little Rock Specialty Clinic
Children who need outpatient services from Arkansas Children’s Hospital now have more options than ever with the debut of a new state-of-the-art clinic facility in west Little Rock. The new facility replaces older clinic space on Chenal Parkway and includes 20 exam rooms, a dedicated radiology suite, and physical and occupational therapy space. It spans 11,500 square feet, including a cast room for orthopedics and three waiting rooms for patients and families.
