Physician Bio
Dr. Hartzell was born in Colorado and lived in Las Vegas and Phoenix where he graduated high school. He attended Brigham Young University and then went to medical School in Arizona. He completed residency and fellowship training in Otolaryngology (ENT) and has a special interest in cleft lip and palate. He spent two years in Colombia as a missionary during college. He is the proud father of 3 children and enjoys spending time with them. He enjoys volleyball, soccer, watching movies and reading.
