He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN in 1976. He completed a residency in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in Memphis, TN in 1980. Dr. Lewis has been practicing at the Ozark Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center since 1980. Dr. Lewis will be working in the Plastic Surgery Section at Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
