Matthew J. O'Connor M.D.

<p></p> <p>Matthew J. O&rsquo;Connor, MD joined the faculty at Arkansas Children&rsquo;s Hospital in July 2011. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, he obtained his undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in 2000. In 2004, he received his MD degree from the University of Virginia. He completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Virginia in 2007. In 2011, he completed his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at The Children&rsquo;s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he obtained additional training in the echocardiographic imaging of congenital and acquired heart disease. Dr. O&rsquo;Connor has an interest in echocardiography, heart failure and heart transplantation, and the outpatient care of children with congenital and acquired heart disease.</p>
