Tamara T. Perry, M.D. is an Associate Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Perry is also a researcher at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Research Institute.
Dr. Perry received her M.D. in 1997 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and completed a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children’s Hospital in 2001. She completed Allergy and Immunology Fellowship training at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She joined the faculty of UAMS in August 2004 where she is a member of the Division of Pediatric Allergy/Immunology.
Dr. Perry treats patients with allergic and immunologic disorders including asthma, food allergy, atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis and primary immunodeficiency. She also has clinical and research interests aimed to improve health outcomes for children in rural and other underserved communities.
