Physician BioAt ACH, Dr. Richter instituted a research program to support the Vascular Anomalies Center of Excellence and established the Center for Investigation of Congenital Aberrancies of Vascular Development. This center is at the forefront of experimental investigation of new treatments for vascular anomalies.
Dr. Richter has received numerous grants, research awards, and clinical accolades. He has been recognized every quarter since 2008 by the dean for his exemplary effort in patient satisfaction. He was named as one of the Best Doctors in Arkansas in 2009 and 2010.
Dr. Richter is an invited speaker to numerous national and international conferences where his dedication and commitment to clinical and basic research regarding vascular birthmarks and pediatric otolaryngology have elevated his efforts to a level of national awareness.
