A Comparative Single-Dose Pharmacokinetic and Safety Study of TAK-491 Between Infants, Children, and Adolescents with Hypertension and Healthy Adults

Indications:

High Blood Pressure Clinical Pharmacology

Study Description:

The study will use a drug named TAK-491 in children at ACH. TAK-491 is an investigational medication being tested to treat high blood pressure. Blood and urine samples will be collected after the medication is given to measure the amount of TAK-491 in the body. Children between the ages of 6 to 16 years with high blood pressure are being enrolled. Requires multiple office visits and includes at no cost to you or your child study-related:
• Lab Testing
• Physical Exam
