Care Provided:

• Surgical care for children with congenital heart disease, heart failure, respiratory failure, chest wall defects and lung disease
• Direct surgical reparative and palliative surgery
• Mechanical support programs including ECMO, ventricular assist devices and transplantation
• Procedures are performed in the ACH Heart Center operating room with post-operative care rendered in the Heart Center
• Experienced cardiac team includes surgeons, nurses, perfusionists and anesthesiologists that work closely with ACH cardiologists and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit physicians
