One in every ten children is born with a birthmark (vascular anomaly) and between fifty and sixty percent of them will require some form of treatment. The Vascular Anomalies Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital is one the leading comprehensive centers for such diagnosis and treatment in the world. We are committed to providing a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of patients with all types of vascular lesions. This allows us to be a valuable patient/family resource and focuses on treating all aspects of the patient’s problem.
