Child Who Had Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Now Mother to a 3-Year-Old
Submitted by Patty de Montmollin, mother of patient Elizabeth
Maumelle, AR

My daughter, Elizabeth deMontmollin, was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in March 1997. What we originally thought was a sprained ankle, and then possibly a bone infection turned, out to be a tumor. I was, quite simply, terrified and devastated.

ACH, and specifically Dr.  Richard Nicholas, Dr. Suzanne Saccente and the all of the nurses on 3-Gold, took wonderful care of my daughter and did whatever they could to make a bad time as comfortable and positive as possible. They even dealt with my melt-downs, and let me tell you, they were many and large.

So I just wanted Dr. Saccente and all of the others to know that today my daughter, Liz, is a happy, healthy adult who is also mom to my 3-year-old granddaughter Lucy. Thank you for everything! God Bless!
