How to Enter
- To enter Walktober, simply register online. Simply fill out the online form and click submit and your registration is complete
- Each day, log the number of minutes you have walked. Minutes must be entered in 10-minute increments.
- NOTE: There is a 60 minute daily log-in maximum.
- Walk a total of 600 minutes - Win a Walktober T-shirt and receive 50 Travel to Wellness reward points.
- Walking and running are the only exercises that qualify.
- UAMS employees ARE eligible to participate.
- Non-Fitness Center members ARE eligible to participate.
