Arkansas Children's Hospital uses an external vendor (Press Ganey) to survey patients and families following a procedure performed through Ambulatory (outpatient) Surgery, an inpatient stay at the hospital, an outpatient appointment or a trip to the Emergency Department.
Patients are asked to rate their experience with the hospital as Very Poor, Poor, Fair, Good or Very Good. These surveys are collected, analyzed and reported here in the form of a overall satisfaction score.
Scores and comments are provided to those who work in the areas so that we can learn more about what the patient and family think and need from their time with us.
