Inspiring Through ACH Victories 

ACH celebrates employee service victories for outstanding performance by awarding Victory Vision pins to ACH employees. All managers and team members who wish to recognize a coworker for excellent customer service or other job performance may present a Victory Vision card and pin. 

National Hospital Week

ACH recognizes all of its employees and medical staff with the distribution of a special appreciation celebration and gifts during National Hospital Week each May. 

Service Awards

The annual ACH Service Award Dinner is held during the May employee recognition events.  This service award event celebrates employees with 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 35 years of service.  The event is an opportunity for ACH administration to recognize employees for their dedicated years of service and to make special presentations to employees who were selected by their peers to receive the prestigious "Care, Love and Hope Award."

Care, Love and Hope Awards

Each year employees and medical staff are invited to nominate an individual who they believe exemplifies the Care, Love and Hope standards of ACH. These individuals are selected based on their performance above and beyond what is expected of any team member.   Recognition is made during the annual Service Award Banquet and each recipient is presented with a specially designed award.

Family Life

ACH sponsors a number of employee events that include family fun with baseball in June, an annual employee/family picnic in late summer and annual holiday recognition programs.
