A Promise Kept

In 2018, Arkansas Children’s Northwest began providing care for children in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. The opening of the hospital fulfilled a promise by Arkansas Children’s to provide care close to home – we want every child in the state to have access to nationally-ranked pediatric care. Our “60-mile commitment” is that every child in the state should be within 60 miles of one of our hospitals, clinics or partners’ clinics.

Care Provided

Arkansas Children’s Northwest facilities include:

  • Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy
  • A full range of ancillary and diagnostic services, child life, social work and pastoral care programs

Since 2018 ACNW has provided care for more than 100,000 children, performing more than 15,000 surgeries.

Our Commitment Continues

Northwest Arkansas is still growing, and we’re growing along with it. We’re committed to meeting the unique needs of each patient and the region by expanding the services we provide. We call it delivering “right-sized care.” That means adapting procedures to the tiniest neonates or the tallest teenagers. It also means providing care in Spanish or Marshallese and working directly with the region’s largest employers to make getting health care easier.
