Children's Circle of Care

The Children’s Circle of Care was founded by 19 prominent pediatric hospitals in North America in 1995. Created to honor individual philanthropists and encourage increased giving, the society recognizes the critical role of philanthropists in assuring excellence in pediatric health care. Today, 23 hospitals participate in the program. More than 5,200 donors from throughout the U.S. and Canada are members of this prestigious giving society.

Arkansas Children’s Hospital was one of the 19 hospitals that founded the Children’s Circle of Care. It was understood that philanthropy had played a significant role in the growth of ACH to become one of the largest and most recognized hospitals in the nation. Arkansas members are dedicated men and women who have demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to the unique mission of Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Their leadership, their willingness to invest in the future, and their inspiration underlie the spirit of Children’s Circle of Care.

The love of children expressed by leading benefactors is at the heart of the Children’s Circle of Care. More than 3,200 donors from throughout the U.S. and Canada are members of this prestigious giving society. Children’s Circle of Care members are individuals and couples who support their children’s hospital with annual gifts of $10,000 or more. Contributions may be made personally or directed through a qualifying family foundation or privately held corporation.

Within Arkansas Children’s Hospital and the ACH Research Institute, Children’s Circle of Care members are leading the way to a better future. Last year, Circle of Care members gave $3.8 million to Arkansas Children’s Hospital. These contributions help support the hospital’s clinical care, research, education and advocacy programs.
