Concerns About Patient Care & Safety The physicians and staff at Arkansas Children's Hospital strive to provide the best possible care for each and every patient and family in our care. We understand, however, that there may be a time when we fall short of your expectations. If you have a concern about your patient's treatment at Arkansas Children's Hospital, please contact our Patient and Family Representative at 501-364-1198 or at ext. 41198 from inside the hospital. This staff member has been designated to provide a centralized feedback system for effective communication between patient family members and the leadership of Arkansas Children's Hospital. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from our staff, you have the right to contact the Health Facility Services Division of the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services, 5800 West 10th St., Suite 400, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204, (501-661-2000). Arkansas Children's Hospital is accredited by The Joint Commission (JC), and you are encouraged to contact them if you feel that we have not resolved your family's concerns.
