Cleft Clinic

Present knowledge indicates that the general impact of the cleft lip palate condition on the patient threatens general health, facial appearance, speech and language skills, maxillofacial and dental occlusal development, otologic and audiologic health and psychosocial status. This clinic provides a level of health care in a multidisciplinary approach consistent with state-of-the-art management of these patients.

Note: This clinic is available to your child by physician referral. Talk with your child’s physician and tell him/her you would like to be referred to ACH. Have the doctor contact the Arkansas Children’s Hospital Physician Referral Services Department to make a referral. If your child does not have a regular physician, please call 501-364-5901 and we will be happy to recommend one in your area.
