The Pulmonary Clinic provides comprehensive medical evaluation and management
of acute and chronic pulmonary diseases in infants and children, including children
with asthma, cystic fibrosis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, recurrent pneumonia
and wheezing, stridor, noisy breathing, pulmonary complications of neuromuscular
disease, as well as technology-dependent children, etc. State-of-the-art complete
pulmonary function testing, sweat testing and flexible bronchoscopy services
are available. The Pulmonary Clinic has the only Cystic Fibrosis Center in the
state reviewed and approved by the national Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Note: This clinic is available to your child by physician referral.
Talk with your child’s physician and tell him/her you would like to be
referred to ACH. Have the doctor contact the Arkansas Children’s Hospital
Physician Referral Services Department to make a referral. If your child does
not have a regular physician, please call 501-364-5901 and we will be happy
to recommend one in your area.
