family physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, paramedics and any others
who may treat pediatric patients.
Course Objectives

arrest.
Information and strategies needed to prevent cardiopulmonary arrest in the pediatric
patient.
Cognitive and psychomotor skills necessary for resuscitation and stabilization
of the pediatric patient in respiratory failure, shock or cardiopulmonary arrest.
