Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) welcomes Ali I. Raja, M.D., to the division of pediatric neurosurgery. Dr. Raja’s arrival brings the total number of pediatric neurosurgeons at ACH to three.
Dr. Raja joins us from the Department of Neurosurgery at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh where he was a clinical instructor in pediatric neurosurgery.He completed neurosurgery residency training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and was Chief Resident in the Department of Neurosurgery at UAMS. He also has a Masters in Science in Bioengineering and was a Fellow in Cerebrovascular and Spine Surgery at the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Illinois in Chicago.
Dr. Raja’s clinical practice focuses on Brain Tumors, Surgical Epilepsy, Neuroendoscopy and Pediatric Spine and Pediatric Neuro Trauma.
