Versant Residency & Fellowship Programs

As a new graduate nurse, Arkansas Children's offers a variety of opportunities to learn and grow. As an experienced nurse looking to grow professionally or continue your education, we offer a number of opportunities in nursing education, leadership, or clinical positions.

Arkansas Children's has partnered with Versant to offer a nursing residency program to new graduate registered nurses and a nursing fellowship program for experienced nurses who are changing practice areas. These residency programs will greatly benefit its participants, the hospital and the patients, especially in the hospital's ongoing commitment toward quality and safety grounded in evidence-based practice.
