At Arkansas Children’s, we celebrate team members who exemplify our values of Safety, Teamwork, Compassion and Excellence and who are dedicated to making children better today and healthier tomorrow. We invite Arkansas Children’s as One Team to help us celebrate those team members who embody Arkansas Children’s values by recognizing them with Victory pins including UAMS and CompassOne/Morrison team members.
As one team at Arkansas Children’s, we encourage ALL employees to recognize any team members at any of our campuses who exemplify our values of Safety, Teamwork, Compassion and Excellence by awarding them a pin. Write the reason for the recognition on the pin card so employees can understand the specific behavior that is being reinforced with the recognition.
Write the reason for the recognition on the pin presentation card and present the pin and card to the deserving team member (place the pin on the card before presenting). You can do this publicly, as in a team meeting or huddle, or you can award the pin in a one-on-one meeting. After awarding the pin, submit the victory to record the recognition.
Pins and pin cards can be picked up at the following locations: Human Resources, Admissions-Front Desk, Senior Administration office on the 3rd floor of the main hospital, Outpatient Administration office in Professional Building 1, Marketing in Professional Building 2, Fiscal Administrative Office in Professional Building 3, ACNW Human Resources, and requests through Marketing Central.
