Health Screener

Team members will only need to complete the new Health Screener if:

  • You show symptoms of illness.
  • You are returning to campus after traveling outside the United States.
  • You have been exposed to a COVID-19 positive person.

*This applies to all team members, including those working remotely or on a temporary basis.*
