MyChart is a secure, easy-to-use tool that’s ready to work when you are. No more waiting for a call back to get answers; you can find the information you need in minutes. The new electronic medical record (EMR) system at Arkansas Children’s lets you access every aspect of your child’s care. 

Manage your child's health information, including:

  • Medical records
  • Immunizations

  • Past After-Visit summaries

Communicate with your doctor:

Creating your family’s account on MyChart is quick and simple. You can use your computer, laptop, tablet or your smartphone.

All you need is a valid photo ID and an email address.

You can sign up and get an activation code at these locations:

  • Your clinic’s front desk
  • Admissions desk
  • Medical records

After visiting your clinic, you will receive an email or printed instructions containing a unique 15-character activation code to set up your MyChart account. If you need a new code, call the Help Desk at (501) 364-1152 or email

You’ll need to:

  • Create a username and password
  • Accept the MyChart terms and conditions
  • Verify your account
