Application Process

We thrive on the challenges of providing the highest quality, family-focused care to the most complex patients in the region. As Arkansas's only pediatric health care center and one of the ten largest children's hospitals in the nation, we have many job opportunities to provide to you.
Current Employees: If you are a current AC employee, please apply via the internal career site by logging into your Workday Account and search the “Find Jobs” report.

  • Be sure to apply for each position that you are interested in if you meet the position requirements.
  • If this is the first time you have applied, your first step will be to create an account.
  • Use an email address that is professional and will remain active for a long period of time.
  • Fields marked with a red asterisk * are required. A red exclamation point and error message will alert you if a field has been left blank or if the information format needs to be adjusted.
  • Please enter all your work history as this is utilized in the event you are offered a position to calculate salary.
  • If you forget your password, click on “Forgot Password”. The system will send an email with password reset instructions to the email address you enter.
