Why Arkansas Children's?

Patients and families are at the center of everything we do. Our skilled pediatric team delivers personal, high-quality care tailored to each patient and their family. Our unique culture of clinical expertise and teamwork across specialties lets us diagnose, treat and monitor a wide range of health concerns. From the most common to the most complex conditions, we work together to deliver a kind, thoughtful and easy care experience. As you step inside an Arkansas Children’s facility, you will notice that our hospitals are as unique as our patients. Bright colored walls, winding river path designs on the floor and animal sounds are the norm. Careers

"I am grateful to work at Arkansas Children's"

“When I began my journey almost 30 years ago as a student nurse assistant, I knew that Children’s was where I would spend my nursing career. Children’s has afforded me versatility with my professional life and family life through various seasons. Children’s has invested in me as well, during my student nursing days and now with tuition reimbursement as I continue my education fora Master’s. Thank you, Children’s. Our future is bright, and our team is strong.” -Leslie J. Moore, Specialty Nurse, Emergency Department
