Elizabeth A. Frazier, M.D., is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) and Arkansas Children's Hospital. Dr. Frazier is an Arkansas native who graduated from Hendrix College, UAMS Medical School, and did her Pediatric Residency at Arkansas Children's Hospital/ UAMS. After completing her Pediatric Cardiology Fellowship at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California, she returned to Arkansas Children's Hospital. 

Dr. Frazier is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. She is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Cardiology and a member of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation. 

Dr. Frazier has practiced in all areas of Pediatric Cardiology. She was the Director of the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit for 12 years, Medical Director of the Pediatric Cardiac Transplant Program for 32 years, and cardiac catheterization doctor for 15 years. She currently maintains her outpatient cardiology clinic, performs cardiology consults, and works in the Echocardiography lab. 

She is a past recipient of the American Heart Ball Quilt and the prestigious Ruth Olive Beall Award from Arkansas Children's Hospital. She has also been recognized as Cardiology Fellow Educator of the year.
