  • Designed to help the child and family with long-term effects of post-traumatic complications from brain injury
  • Follow-up after inpatient rehabilitation in the Progressive Rehabilitation Program
  • Medical and psychological concerns including diagnosis, management, and referral for late medical, neurological or psychological complications, medication management, neuropsychology referrals, ongoing assistance with home, educational and community re-entry, social work consultation, screening and follow-up of dysphagia and cognitive or higher-level issues with speech and language pathology.
