The physicians and staff at Arkansas Children's strive to provide the best possible care for each and every patient and family in our care. We understand, however, that there may be a time when we fall short of your expectations.
If you have a concern about your patient's treatment at Arkansas Children's, please contact our Patient and Family Representative at 501-364-1198 or at ext. 41198 from inside the hospital. Please leave a message, and the staff will return your call no later than the next business day. You may also email your concerns to this email address: pfr@archildrens.org. This staff member has been designated to provide a centralized feedback system for effective communication between patient family members and the leadership of Arkansas Children's.
