Finding Your Way at Arkansas Children's

We're growing! This expansion will allow us to provide a new generation of care to the children of Arkansas and beyond. Thank you for embarking on this journey with us. 

Visitor parking and entrances to some Arkansas Children’s Hospital outpatient clinics may be different. The resources below will help your family navigate these changes. For questions or assistance, call 501-364-1100.

Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH)

Parking, Shuttles & Valet

  • Parking is available in Parking Lot 1, Parking Lot 2, Parking Lot 3 or Parking Lot 4. You will see fewer parking spots in Parking Lot 2 for the next several months. Please use the other parking lot options as well as our free shuttle and valet services.
  • Free shuttle service will run Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please call 501-364-4333 for assistance with shuttles.
  • Free valet services available in Hospital Parking Lot 1 near the main entrance at 1 Children's Way or pink entrance on Battery Street.

Entering the Hospital

  • Enter the main hospital entrance
  • Or the Pink Entrance located at 901 Battery Street, near the sky bridge

Security

For the safety of our patients and visitors, Arkansas Children's Hospital requires all adult visitors to provide identification upon entering the hospital. The information from the ID will be used to create a badge that must be worn at all times while on the premises. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.

Finding Your Way During Campus Construction

Location: 1617 W 13th St, Little Rock, AR 72202

Directions from Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive: 

↑ Drive south on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive 

→ Turn right on W. 13th Street

← The clinic will be on your left.

This clinic provides designated patient parking.

NOTE: Access routes may be subject to change due to ongoing campus construction. Unforeseen circumstances or other road closures may affect this route. Please check for real-time updates and be prepared to adjust accordingly.

  • Enter through the main entrance of the hospital.
  • Turn left down the hallway before you reach the orange elevators.
  • The Outpatient Pharmacy will be on your left.
     

  • Enter through the main entrance of the hospital and continue straight following signs for the Purple Zone.
  • When you pass the green elevators, turn left and continue down the hallway.
  • At the end of the hallway, turn left and continue straight towards the Purple Zone on your right where there is a brown pillar.
  • Turn right and follow the hallway past the purple elevators.
  • Turn left and follow signs for Pulmonology Lab #2.

  • Enter through the main entrance of the hospital and continue straight following signs for the Purple Zone.
  • When you pass the green elevators, turn left and continue down the hallway.
  • At the end of the hallway, turn left and continue straight towards the Purple Zone on your right where there is a brown pillar.
  • Turn right and follow the hallway past the purple elevators and continue going straight through the narrow hallway.
  • At the end of the narrow hallway, turn left. Clinic 2 will be on your left.

  • Enter through the main entrance of the hospital and continue straight following signs for the Purple Zone.
  • When you pass the green elevators, turn left and continue down the hallway.
  • At the end of the hallway, turn left and continue straight towards the Purple Zone on your right where there is a brown pillar.
  • Turn right and follow the hallway past the purple elevators and continue going straight through the narrow hallway.
  • At the end of the narrow hallway, turn left.
  • Clinic 3 will be on your right.

  • When you pass the green elevators, turn left and continue down the hallway.
  • At the end of the hallway, turn left and continue straight towards the Purple Zone on your right where there is a brown pillar.
  • Turn right and follow the hallway to the purple elevators.
  • Take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
  • When you exit the elevators, follow the signs for Clinics 5/6.
