Directly accessing a family member or other information without a job duty reason is a violation of the User Terms and Conditions in Healthy Planet Link and could also be a HIPAA violation. Possible inappropriate access will be flagged and investigated. The Compliance Department at Arkansas Children’s reviews every case to determine if chart access was within a team member’s workflow at that time. Multiple violations will result in revoked access to Healthy Planet.
We encourage Healthy Planet Link users to create MyChart accounts for legal dependents/children who are patients of Arkansas Children’s. MyChart provides secure, online access to medical information. MyChart account holders have the ability to message clinical staff with questions or non-emergent issues, send refill requests electronically, see test results, answer history questionnaires and review after visit summaries/discharge summaries.
Arkansas Children's continues to offer COVID-19 testing drive-thru clinics.
Providers ordering the tests will continue to be notified of results within 36-48 hours of testing, and results are available for review in MyChart. Orders may be placed in Healthy Planet Link or faxed to 501-978-6490. The ordering provider is responsible for contacting their patients with COVID-19 lab results.
Site administrators can now click on the key icon in “My Groups” and change user passwords. The site admin will set a temporary password for the user, which they will be required to change at the next login. Site admins must confirm the password change by entering their own Healthy Planet Link password. The site admin should tell the user that the password has been changed to the temporary password. When the user logs in again, they should create a new permanent password with at least eight characters, including two numbers.
