Patient & Family Representative

The Patient & Family Representative works to increase patient and family understanding of and satisfaction with the care they are receiving. They do this by facilitating patient/family requests, working to provide a centralized feedback system that can observe trends and help hospital leadership recognize areas in need of alternative procedures, supporting effective communication between all members of the hospital team and patients and their families, facilitating resolution of patient and family concerns.
