We discuss the patient’s care before, during and after treatment.
When you recommend a child with suspected or known heart problems to Arkansas Children’s Heart Institute, the first stop is usually at our Cardiology Clinic. Our board-certified cardiologists provide hope and healing to the tiniest of hearts.

About Healthy Planet
Our secure web portal connects you to information stored in our EMR for referred and admitted patients.
As referred patients receive care from us, we send notifications and updates through this portal. This provides you with the information you need to plan patients' ongoing care.

To sign up, please choose a site administrator for your clinic and they will be sent login information and can then add other users. For assistance, please contact your physician liaison.

Access PortalPhysician Liaisons are your main communication link to Arkansas Children’s. The liaisons travel the state to visit pediatricians, family practice physicians and specialists to share information about Arkansas Children’s programs and services.

This number is available to help your office with appointment scheduling, communication regarding your patients, Healthy Planet Link for patient care information, physician-to-physician consults and general questions and concerns. We are also available to troubleshoot if your office is experiencing any issues with referrals or reaching Arkansas Children’s physicians.
At Arkansas Children’s, we are committed to providing safe, high quality, affordable health care. Our customer service and financial counseling representatives are available to help patients understand their medical bill, discuss payment options, evaluate patients/families for other financial assistance programs and provide accurate estimates for out-of-pocket expenses. Arkansas Children’s recognizes the financial burden that medical bills may cause and it is part of our mission at Arkansas Children’s to help the patients and families we serve. Arkansas Children's offers financial assistance for patients not eligible for other assistance programs.
