Physician Leadership

Qualifications for this position:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
  • CRNA certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
  • Eligible for or currently licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse in Arkansas 
  • Current Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications, or ability to obtain upon hire 
  • Ability to obtain hospital privileges and maintain credentialing requirements 
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced pediatric surgical environment 
  • Previous pediatric anesthesia experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply
