Arkansas Children’s Research Institute provides the space, technology and expertise to power discovery at every stage. Our investigators work across advanced laboratories, clinical environments and specialized research facilities designed to accelerate breakthroughs in child health. Research Environments

Critical Care Laboratory

• 4 critical care stations
• Outfitted with clinical care grade ventilator, monitors, fluid pumps, ultrasound, bronchoscope
Metabolomic Lab

The 2,200 Metabolomics and Analytical Chemistry Core includes a full range of precision analytical instruments for the detection, isolation, and purification of bioactive compounds and metabolites from plants, food matrices, and human/animal tissues. These systems contribute to the identification and metabolomic fingerprinting of fruits, vegetables, botanicals, and their metabolites.
ACNC Experimental Kitchen

• 2,274 square feet to facilitate food-grade research projects
Pediatric Clinical Research Unit

• 16 private treatment rooms
• 2 assessment rooms with one-way mirrors
• 1 phlebotomy room
• Embedded investigational pharmacy
• Expanded food prep kitchen
