What care is offered?
- Routine physical exams and sports physicals
- Minor wound care
- Shots
- Lab tests
- Health education and counseling
- Teaching good habits and weight control

- Referrals to a provider, if needed
- Behavioral healthcare and counseling

Does the parent or guardian have to be present during the visit?
- No, the parent or guardian does not have to be present at the visit.
- Students can be seen during school hours with written permission from the parent or guardian.

Can my child still see their regular doctor?
- Yes, the clinic is extra care and does not replace your child's normal doctor.
- The APRN will work with your child's normal doctor to let them know what happened during the visit.

Will my child's insurance be billed?
- If the child has insurance, it may be billed.
- No student will be turned away if they don't have insurance or the inability to pay.
