Dr. Frayre is a pediatrician at the Arkansas Children’s Hospital (ACH) Pine Bluff Clinic. He earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2019 and completed his pediatric residency at AdventHealth for Children in Orlando, FL, in 2022. He has completed a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at the University of Tennessee in Memphis.

Dr. Frayre has presented and published research on pediatric trauma assessment, improving communication during family-centered hospital rounds and the use of convalescent plasma in severe COVID-19 cases in adolescents. His clinical and academic interests include pediatric trauma care, patient safety, interprofessional communication and evidence-based improvements in emergency medicine. He is board-certified in general pediatrics and board eligible in pediatric emergency medicine and is actively engaged in community service and medical education through research and volunteer initiatives.
