When your child is sick, you want the best possible care. The Medicine Unit 5E is for children ages zero to five years who need to stay in the hospital due to an acute illness.
Medicine Unit 5E is located on the fifth floor of the main hospital. The unit features ten private rooms so you can be with your child throughout his or her care.
Your child will be cared for by a team that includes doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, speech therapists, Child Life specialists and more. Together with other specialists throughout the hospital, we ensure your child receives the most advanced treatments, combined with compassionate, child-friendly care.
