Spina Bifida Association - Clinic Care Partner BadgeThe Spina Bifida Association (SBA) Clinic Care Partner program is an initiative that stems from the existing Spina Bifida Collaborative Care Network (SBCCN), a program that works to identify the needs of people with Spina Bifida, connect with health care providers, identify clinics with the best outcomes, and identify research priorities.

  • Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) International named the first three-year accreditation for ACH’s Inpatient Rehabilitation ProgramsHospital (pediatric specialty program).
  • Gregory W. Albert, M.D., performed the first laser interstitial thermal therapy on a pediatric epilepsy patient at ACH. The first NeuroBlate procedure was performed June 24, 2024.
  • One of only 12 pediatric spinal muscular atrophy centers in the U.S.
  • Providing remote EEG monitoring at Arkansas Childen’s Northwest to keep patients closer to home. The first EEG was May 2024.
