Dr. Theresa Wyrick-Glover is a pediatric hand and upper extremity surgeon at Arkansas Children's Hospital, where she serves as Medical Director of the Division of Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery.

A native Arkansan, Dr. Wyrick-Glover earned her medical degree from the University of Arkansas College of Medicine and completed her orthopedic surgery residency in Little Rock before heading east for a hand and upper extremity fellowship at the Philadelphia Hand Center. She returned home in 2009 and has been at Arkansas Children's ever since.

Her clinical interests include congenital hand differences, pediatric fractures of the hand and wrist, and traumatic injuries of the upper extremity. She is the co-developer of the Arkansas Hand Trauma Telemedicine System — the first statewide program of its kind in the country. It connects hand surgeons across Arkansas so that children with traumatic hand injuries can be triaged and treated quickly, close to home. A decade of outcomes data from the program has been published in the Journal of Hand Surgery and presented at national meetings.

Dr. Wyrick-Glover has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and as one of Castle Connolly's Exceptional Women in Medicine. Beyond her practice at Arkansas Children's, she is a frequent speaker at national orthopedic meetings, where she shares what she has learned from treating young patients with complex hand conditions.
