Who Is the Walk-In Clinic For?

Our walk-in clinic is here for children and teens with new orthopedic or sports-related injuries, including:

  • Sprains, strains and tears
  • Suspected fractures
  • Sports injuries
  • Joint injuries
  • Other new musculoskeletal concerns that need a prompt evaluation

Some injuries need emergency care instead. Go to the nearest emergency room if your child has heavy bleeding, a bone pushing through the skin, a limb that looks out of shape, or numbness or loss of movement in the injured area.

You'll find the Walk-in Orthopedic Injury Clinic inside the Arkansas Children's Champions Pavilion. Check in at the front desk.

Parking and Directions

Champions Pavilion has its own entrance on the corner of Children's Way and West 10th Street. Please come directly here rather than the main hospital entrance on Maryland Ave. (9th St.)

Pull up under the awning at the Champions Pavilion entrance for free valet parking. No tips accepted.

Weekday evenings and Saturdays
Free shuttles are accessible from all visitor parking lots Monday through Friday until 8 p.m. To reach a shuttle, call 501-364-4333. If you need parking or transportation assistance on Saturday, call ACH security at 501-364-4444.

They know how to protect a growth plate during recovery and how to most effectively activate a child's natural ability to heal.
