Rohan Desai is a certified physician assistant in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS). He provides pediatric orthopedic care at Arkansas Children's Hospital.

Desai earned his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Health Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. He went on to complete his Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where his graduate research focused on virtual reality as a treatment option for improving motor function in post-stroke patients.

Desai has been a practicing physician assistant in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at UAMS and Arkansas Children's Hospital since 2019. His clinical skill set includes patient evaluation, casting and splinting, joint injections, wound care, and operative experience including sural nerve harvesting, skin grafting, and wound vac placement. He is bilingual in English and Gujarati.
