Amy M. Dossey, M.D., is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the section of Pediatric Cardiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children's Hospital. 

A native of Arkansas, Dr. Dossey received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Arkansas in 2003. She received her medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2009. Dr. Dossey then studied pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and Arkansas Children's Hospital, completing her residency training in 2012. She continued her training at Arkansas Children's Hospital, completing a fellowship in pediatric cardiology in 2015. She has also completed an advanced fellowship in interventional pediatric cardiology at the University of Colorado Denver and Children's Hospital Colorado. 

Following the completion of her formal training in 2016, Dr. Dossey joined the staff at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where she specializes in interventional procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Arkansas Children's Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions. Her primary research interest is the evaluation of outcomes following both transcatheter interventions for congenital heart disease.
